The Vision

This started during a regular lash appointment — just a conversation that turned into a decision to build something of our own. At the time, we were both doing lashes, brow services, and navigating mom life. Instead of staying in the same lane, we decided to create something bigger together.

 

Leaving the island shouldn’t be the only way to move forward in this industry. We’re building a path where people can access education, opportunity, and success without having to relocate to do it.

 

Our values are simple — family comes first, community holds weight, and there’s no limit to what’s possible when you’re willing to work for it. We believe in feeling good about what you do, staying true to yourself, and growing without having to compromise who you are. Giving back and creating space for others to thrive is part of the plan.

 

As partners, we balance each other out. Our strengths complement one another, and our differences make the work stronger. We’re open-minded, honest with feedback, and focused on what makes sense for the bigger picture. We move in sync, adapt quickly, and figure things out together as we grow.
