For the safety and hygiene of our customers, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any opened or used lash products.

Unopened, unused items may be eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of delivery. To qualify, products must be in their original packaging and in resellable condition.

Non-returnable items include:

• Opened lash trays

• Used products

• Adhesives with broken seals

• Sale or promotional items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can make it right.

All orders are processed in 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday). We’re based in Hawaiʻi, so local orders may move faster depending on location and carrier pickup times.

We proudly ship from Hawaiʻi and deliver throughout the State. Standard shipping typically takes 1–3 business days once processed.

Shipping to the continental U.S. generally takes 3–5 business days after processing. Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier and location.

As soon as your order ships, a tracking number will be emailed to you.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout. Please double-check your address before submitting your order.

We do ship to PO Boxes throughout Hawaiʻi and the mainland.

Once a package is marked as delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. If this happens, you’ll need to contact the carrier directly.

If you need to update your address or have a shipping concern, reach out quickly—once your order has shipped, changes can’t be made.
